Interpret mechanical schematics, electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and technical documentation to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment status, repairs, and technical findings.
Assist with spare parts, consumables, and chemical inventory management.
Follow all cleanroom, safety, environmental, and chemical handling procedures and ensure compliance with ASM standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment uptime, performance, and operational efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced technicians when needed.
