Role Overview
Delta Galil is seeking a Design & Creative Talent Partner to drive recruitment across our Design organization. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top creative talent across a broad range of design disciplines. The ideal candidate is a highly proactive recruiter with exceptional sourcing capabilities, a strong network within the apparel and retail design community, and a proven track record of building robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill creative roles.
This is a hands-on recruiting role requiring someone who thrives on finding talent, building relationships, and generating candidate flow. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to consistently deliver high-quality talent, develop deep candidate networks, and create strong pipelines across all levels of Design.
We are seeking a recruiter who loves the hunt. The ideal candidate is energized by sourcing, networking, and uncovering exceptional talent that others cannot find. They are highly resourceful, persistent, and relationship-driven, with a proven ability to build strong design talent pipelines and consistently deliver top creative talent to the business.
This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NYC office
PAY RATE: $125,000/yr-$145,000/yr
