Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of custom software components ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- Strong experience in software design and development using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to apply agile development practices to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with system integration and ensuring seamless communication between different software modules.
- Capability to optimize software performance and scalability in line with business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
