Responsible for the administration of company warranty programs, including processing claims and assessing warrantable repairs. Maintains accurate records and coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely payment and return of parts.
Requires a high school diploma and 2-3 years of experience in service or warranty administration within an industrial setting. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word, and knowledge of heavy equipment or truck sectors is required.

Compensation
Salary Range $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per annum. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
