Looking to make a difference in a manufacturing environment? Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring a full-time Safety Advocate to support our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team in Clintonville, WI.
Primary Purpose of the Role
Support a safe and healthy workplace by assisting with safety training, inspections, compliance, and employee education while promoting a positive safety culture throughout the facility.

What You'll Do
Conduct workplace safety inspections and audits.
Help investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses.
Assist with employee safety training and maintain training records.
Maintain safety documentation, including SDS records.
Help develop and update safety procedures and training materials.
Track safety metrics and complete required audits.
Support emergency response planning.
Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
Foster a positive work environment and support employees as needed.
What You'll Need
High school diploma or GED.
Manufacturing or EHS experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Work Environment
Primarily office-based with regular time on the manufacturing floor.
Frequent walking throughout the facility.
Ability to sit, bend, and lift light materials as needed.
