Continuous Improvement Drive improvement to existing processes that reduce cost, risk, and waste
Technical Support and Equipment Management:
Equipment Maintenance: Manage the installation, calibration, process control, and preventive maintenance of assembly equipment, including automatic and semi-automatic wire cutting equipment, wire crimping equipment, transformer winding equipment, harness assembly and testing fixtures, and pneumatic power tools.
Problem Solving & Support: Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to safety, quality, assembly, and process defects.
Prototyping & Design Validation: Define and oversee prototypes of new assemblies or systems to validate design concepts and functionality.
Collaboration and Project Leadership:
Project Management: Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and timely completion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and supply chain, to bring innovative products from concept to production.
Project Leadership: Lead initiatives aimed at improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost savings, using ITW Toolbox principles to achieve business objectives.
