• Add and weigh ingredients for custom feed blends using computerized systems and scanners.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming bagged and bulk ingredients.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Assist with packaging, stacking, and loading products for delivery.
• Support inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.
• Maintain a clean work environment and assist with light maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Honesty,  integrity, and accountability in all aspects of work.
• Ability to make sound decisions and follow established procedures.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus.

Hours

• First shift (Monday-Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and varying Wisconsin weather conditions as needed.
