The technician is responsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple restaurant and plant locations. They must also manage work orders via facilities software and coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure operational efficiency.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a restaurant environment, with strong technical knowledge of HVAC/R and electrical systems. A vocational degree is preferred, and the role requires the ability to travel between sites and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
Degree from a vocational school preferred
Any Facilities or Maintenance Certificates a plus
3 years of Maintenance Technician experience preferred preferably in Restaurant environment
Experience supporting multi-unit / locations
Strong knowledge and understanding of technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, equipment, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
Working knowledge of blueprints, drawings, facilities machines and equipment
Previous experience using a CMMS work order management system (Ecotrak)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills attention to details
Food Handler Certification required.
Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English for all job-related circumstances.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
While performing the duties of this job, he/she is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. He/she is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. He/she will regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Temperature will vary from hot and humid to cold due to area of facility, in or outside of facility.
