Candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and have at least one year of commercial driving experience. Applicants must also be able to perform repetitive physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and meet all DOT and FMCSA qualification standards.

The Class A CDL Route Driver is responsible for the safe and timely pickup, loading, transport, and delivery of used tires from customer locations along assigned routes. The driver works as part of a two‑person team with a Route Helper and is responsible for both operating the commercial vehicle and assisting with the manual loading and stacking of tires. Routes are assigned by dispatch; drivers are responsible for managing daily route activities, maintaining professionalism at customer locations, and completing all required documentation accurately. This role requires strict compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and Liberty Tire Recycling safety and operational requirements.
This role requires extended periods of driving, frequent customer interaction, outdoor work in varying weather conditions, and repetitive physical labor including lifting, bending, stacking, and securing waste tires during route operations.
