As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd Shift manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing employees, improving processes, and driving production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations on 2nd shift while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and employee performance standards are met. This individual will supervise production employees, coordinate staffing levels, track daily headcount, work closely with multiple staffing agencies, and partner with Maintenance and Quality to drive operational excellence throughout the facility.
