The SAP Project Coordinator supports the delivery of SAP initiatives by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. They are responsible for maintaining project documentation, managing budgets, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations and internal policies.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in project management, specifically with SAP implementations, is required along with strong knowledge of SAP Activate and Clean Core principles.
The SAP Project Coordinator supports the delivery of SAP initiatives across ESAB by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
This role works closely with senior project managers, IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to support implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions (ECC, S/4HANA, GRC, etc.). The focus is on project coordination, execution support, and stakeholder communication to help deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will play an important part in supporting the successful implementation of SAP applications, helping projects remain within budget, on schedule, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
