The Caster is responsible for preparing molds, melting aluminum to specific temperatures, and pouring metal to produce high-quality castings. They must also maintain foundry equipment and conduct quality tests to ensure products meet required standards.
Preferred candidates have at least one year of manufacturing experience as a Caster or Foundry Worker and a high school diploma or GED. Must be proficient with hand tools, able to read blueprints, and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

The Role:
As the Caster, Foundry Worker, you will join our Durex Industries team and support with preparing molds, handling aluminum, and maintaining equipment to produce high-quality castings. This position requires a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met.
