In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting Front End production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality processing of materials. This position provides day-to-day direction to Control Process Operators and other Front End team members while coordinating workflow, monitoring production, promoting safety, and ensuring equipment is operated in accordance with company standards and production requirements. The Front End Lead serves as a technical resource, trainer, and role model while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and achieving production goals.
