About the Role
Are you passionate about building brands, uncovering consumer insights, and driving business growth? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Marketing team as an Associate Brand Manager (ABM) and help shape the future of our portfolio.
In this role, you'll support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, sales, and long-term brand equity. You'll own key brand initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, analyze market and consumer trends, and partner with internal teams and agency partners to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Job Responsibilities
Brand & Business Management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share trends, promotional activities, and competitive dynamics.
- Leverage syndicated and internal data sources to evaluate brand health, distribution, consumption trends, and promotional effectiveness.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth.
- Manage brand budgets and oversee monthly spending reconciliation.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of annual brand marketing plans.
- Help identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic and tactical solutions.
- Assist in planning and executing consumer, professional, and trade marketing programs.
- Partner with agency and internal teams to deliver successful integrated marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead cross-functional project teams to support innovation and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and external partners.
- Influence stakeholders and help drive alignment across the organization.
Insights & Innovation
- Translate consumer, category, and marketplace insights into business recommendations.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Help identify opportunities to improve brand performance and drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting large data sets and uncovering actionable insights.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and adapting to changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Over-the-Counter (OTC) brand management experience.
- Knowledge of digital and e-commerce marketing, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and online retail.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing projects from concept through execution.

Compensation
The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including job related knowledge, skills and experience. The job role is eligible for a discretionary bonus that may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
