Job Summary
The batch makers are responsible for mixing the raw chemical materials to create our products.
Duties & Responsibilities
Stages and manually charges necessary raw materials into mixing container.
Follows batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.
Monitors and controls mixing equipment and other instruments in order to make sure that a batch is produced according to work instructions.
Adjust a batch under QC guidance until it is approved.
Follows manufacturing schedule and works with Supervisor regarding any potential improvements or concerns.
Cleanup work area to company standards.
Ensure work area is safe, clean, and free of recognizable hazards, communicate all spills or other hazards immediately to floor either supervisor or safety.
Comply to all PPE standards.
Required Skills
Basic math skills.
Operate high-speed dispersers and other handling equipment.
Able to read and comprehend English.
Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
Read digital scales.
Chemical manufacturing experience is preferred

Schedule: 1st Shift 7:00 am -3:30 pm M-F
Pay: This position has a starting hourly rate of $22.27 - $24.75 per hour. The range represents the expected hourly range for this position. The actual hourly range may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location
