The Sanitizer is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing compounding equipment, mixing vessels, and production areas to ensure quality standards. This includes dismantling and reassembling devices and documenting all activities in log books.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to pass internal English and math exams. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and working around mechanical parts and chemicals.

Sanitizes facility equipment which may include mixing vessels, filling equipment, holding tanks, drums and utensils.

High School degree/ GED required.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Must be able to pass internal English exam.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages. Must be able to pass internal math exam.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but in some cases can be high and require hearing protection.
The Sanitizer is a non-exempt position that is paid hourly. Pay rate will be dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and experience.
