Requires 5-8+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Email Marketing with a strong background in marketing automation. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools like Journey Builder and Automation Studio is preferred.
Lifecycle & CRM Manager
The Lifecycle & CRM Manager is responsible for developing and executing customer lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of WeatherTech's CRM marketing programs, including email marketing, automated customer journeys, audience segmentation, and retention initiatives.
This is a hands-on management role requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing lifecycle strategy, building audiences, creating customer journeys, and launching campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This is an onsite position in our Bolingbrook, Illinois facility.
