Perform semi-routine setup, operation, and adjustment of injection molding machines and robots for medical and industrial products. Monitor ongoing operations, troubleshoot process problems, and document all changes to ensure product quality.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in injection molding process development. Must be able to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a rotating 2-2-3 night shift schedule.

Job Summary
Performs semi-routine equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment without supervision. Can solve normal machine running problems.
