Coordinates the delivery of enterprise business systems initiatives, focusing on roadmap execution and dependency management across multiple teams. Facilitates SAFe and Agile ceremonies to ensure predictable delivery and alignment between IT, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering with 3-5+ years of program management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. Preference is given to candidates with SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification and experience with PLM or configurator platforms.
The Program Manager, Business Systems is responsible for coordinating, aligning, and enabling delivery of enterprise business systems initiatives, including product selection software, configurator platforms, PLM systems, and related digital tools.
This role does not own the product or solution roadmap. Instead, the Program Manager ensures roadmap execution, delivery coordination, dependency management, and alignment across teams and stakeholders to achieve committed outcomes. Operating within a SAFe-aligned environment, the role supports predictable execution, transparency, and continuous improvement across business systems value streams.
