Manage credit relationships with hedge fund managers and partner with trading desks to optimize credit appetite and maximize revenue. Responsibilities include preparing transaction requests, managing the onboarding process, and maintaining counterparty compliance reports.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in financial services with strong financial risk analysis skills. Candidates should understand credit risks associated with hedge funds and the trading products they employ.
The Hedge Funds team within ICCM is responsible for managing RBC’s credit relationships with Hedge Fund managers. The incumbent will partner with all of RBC Capital Market’s trading desks to ensure optimization of credit appetite, the use of trading lines and maximize revenue with Hedge Fund managers. The role includes the responsibility for ensuring the necessary support for trading desks to meet their established targets for growing revenues with Hedge Fund managers within RBC's risk appetite, while serving as a primary point of engagement with clients.

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
The expected pay range for this position is:
$90,000.00 - $135,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
