About the role and team
As a Senior HR Digitalisation Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how HR services are delivered across the organisation. On a daily basis you will be part of a global, agile delivery team responsible for ServiceNow HR and user experience, where you will be partnering closely with the Product Owner, HRIT developers and HR stakeholders. Your main focus will be translating HR process requirements into scalable, standardised services within ServiceNow, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery focusing primarily on deployments in new countries and ensuring alignment with global standards, with future opportunities to drive optimisation and automation initiatives.
You will join the HR Digitalisation team, where we work to modernise and simplify HR processes through scalable digital solutions and global governance. The role reports directly to the Head of HR Digitalisation.

Translate HR process requirements into structured, scalable services in ServiceNow
Design HR services, request types and workflows aligned with global HR standards
Drive rollout of ServiceNow HR to new countries, coordinating with local HR stakeholders , HRIT and Product Owner
Collect and translate business requirements into user stories and backlog items for development teams
Act as a digital consultant to HR, simplifying and standardising processes to improve efficiency
Collaborate closely with HRIT, defining service flows, requirements and acceptance criteria for HR services
Monitor service performance, user adoption and continuously optimise HR service delivery

have 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD, especially in service design and rollout
hold Bachelor degree in IT or related field
posses strong background in HR service delivery and process operationalisation
have experience working in agile environments with Product Owners and IT teams
understand global HR operating models and service delivery frameworks
are able to translate complex processes into simple, scalable services
have strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and countries
are fluent in English
have experience working in international environments and large-scale transformations
have strong analytical and process improvement and automation mindset
