Coordinate quality actions within project teams and manage the negotiation and implementation of quality requirements for clients and regulatory bodies. Requires a Master's degree (Bac + 4/5) in Engineering or equivalent professional experience. Must possess strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 13485, GMP), statistical tools (SPC, 6 Sigma), and be fluent in English.

· Assurer au sein des équipes projets la coordination / la réalisation des actions qualité
· Organiser / Assurer la revue ou l’élaboration, l’enregistrement et la négociation des exigences qualité applicables auprès des clients (notamment cahiers des charges, spécifications), et des exigences réglementaires (Medical Device Regulation) en liaison avec le responsable Qualité Support
· Définir, négocier et mettre en oeuvre les moyens nécessaires à la validation qualité des projets dans le respect des délais convenus avec le chef de projet et des procédures en vigueur.
· Définir et mettre en place les moyens et modalités de contrôle (notamment Gammes d’autocontrôle, contrôles finaux, SPC, certificats d’analyse, outils de contrôle, panoplies de défauts, formations, plans d’échantillonnage selon les normes ISO 2859-1et ISO 3951) nécessaires pour assurer la conformité aux exigences qualité réglementaire, internes et clients
· Participer / organiser des groupes de résolution de problèmes portant sur les sujets qualité rencontrés lors des développements
· Garantir la validation des produits / machines / moules / logiciels / etc sur le périmètre défini par le Responsable Qualité Projet selon les procédures sites, demandes clients le cas échéant et standards en vigueur, de la rédaction du protocole jusqu’à l’enregistrement final du dossier de validation
· Organiser des revues de produits
· Assurer la mise en oeuvre de la procédure de change control sur un périmètre défini avec le Responsable Qualité Projet.
· Etre l’interlocuteur qualité lors des réunions d’équipes projet avec les clients.
- L’emploi nécessite des connaissances correspondantes au niveau II de l’Education Nationale (Bac + 4 -
Ingénieurs et diplômes équivalents) ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente
- Outils bureautiques (word, excel, ppt, outils d’analyse statistique : Minitab)
- Connaissance des normes et réglementations qualité (notamment ISO 9001 V2000 , ISO 13485, 15378,
BPF)
- Résolution de problèmes et plans d’expérience
- AMDEC, connaissance des outils statistiques (SPC, capabilité, 6 sigma,…)
- Lecture de plans, cahiers des charges et fiches techniques
- Maîtrise de l’anglais courant
