The Injection Equipment Manager coordinates the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of injection molding equipment and peripheral systems. They also define technical processes, manage supplier contracts, and support lean manufacturing initiatives across the facility.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding and production, along with expert knowledge of injection machinery. A technical or engineering degree is preferred, and proficiency in technical English is required.
