Responsible for planning and executing HR activities to manage talent, ensure labor law compliance, and promote a productive work environment. This includes managing personnel administration, training plans, organizational climate, and supporting payroll and recruitment departments.
Requires a partial or complete degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role is required, along with the ability to travel to Puntarenas.
Responsable de planificar, coordinar y ejecutar las actividades del área de Recursos Humanos para apoyar la gestión del talento, garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas laborales y promover un ambiente de trabajo seguro, inclusivo y productivo.
La persona en este puesto trabajará de forma transversal con líderes de área y colaboradores, liderando todos los procesos de RRHH.
Funciones
Gestionar la administración de personal: altas y bajas, contratos, incidencias, permisos y documentos laborales.
Diseñar e implementar planes de capacitación, Onboarding y desarrollo de competencias, coordinando proveedores y medición de resultados.
Coordinar capacitación de habilidades blandas con los clientes internos y el departamento SISO.
Promover iniciativas de clima laboral, diversidad e inclusión, así como actividades de comunicación interna que refuercen la cultura organizacional.
Supervisar y mantener actualizados los registros y expedientes de personal y reportes requeridos para auditorías y controles internos.
Asesorar a mandos y colaboradores en materia laboral, políticas internas y procedimientos disciplinarios, velando por el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.
Participar en la definición e implementación de políticas y procesos de RRHH orientados a mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
Apoyo el departamento de nómina.
Apoyo al departamento de reclutamiento.
Requisitos
Licenciatura parcial o completa en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles de RRHH generalista o encargada, preferentemente en empresas con operaciones similares.
Disponibilidad de movilizarse a Puntarenas.
Vivir en San Jose o aledaños.
