If so, we want you to join the Morse Micro team as our Manager/Director of Sales in China! You will be responsible for driving profitable growth of Morse Micro’s Wi-Fi HaLow products and solutions within China. You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, working closely with our product and marketing teams to drive revenue and market share within the region.
As a Manager/Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about technology and driven to succeed. The position will report to the VP, Country Manager Greater China & South East Asia. Your role and team will help drive the sales success of Morse Micro’s HaLow technology.

Key accounts management and projects following up
Focusing at the revenue funnels building up and moving forward
Developing and maintaining influential relationships with key customer executives that enable early architecture engagements
Identify, develop, and nurture emerging accounts and markets
Driving and managing the distributors and REPs
Executing a sales vision and strategy that is aligned with will further Morse Micro’s revenue goals
Collaborate to develop and implement a sales plan that results in profitable revenue and market share growth meeting or exceeding Morse Micro’s corporate objectives
Creatively solving problems to improve Morse Micro’s market penetration and perception
Provides input into organizational effectiveness to inform optimal structure, skills, and staff needed to execute on strategies
Actively participate in trade shows and conferences
BSEE or equivalent preferred
8+ years’ semiconductor sales experience and direct or indirect management experience with a history of sales execution.
802.11 wireless experience.
Integrity & High Execution: High ethical standards with the resilience to deliver results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Verifiable Revenue Growth: Clear record of scaling business from zero to mass production, especially through new technology Design-Ins.
Strong Existing Network: An active, ready-to-use network of ODMs, OEMs, and industrial customers in Mainland China (e.g., Industrial IoT, Security, Smart Home, Robotics, Smart Energy).
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a history of bringing new technologies to market.
Experience selling wireless technology into the IOT verticals, namely Building Automation, POS, Smart City, Inventory Management and Industrial Automation.
Team oriented; leverages sales partners abilities appropriately; shares in successes and takes ownership for mistakes or losses.
Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
