The Director of Business Development is responsible for executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and expand Haskell's presence in target markets. This includes leading sales efforts from initial outreach to project award and fostering long-term partnerships with AEC firms and developers.
Candidates should have over 10 years of success in AEC business development and a minimum of a 4-year college degree. A strong local network and deep expertise in the public and private construction industry are essential.
As the Director of Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Haskell's continued growth by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that generate new opportunities. Guided by our Every Location Matters strategy, you'll leverage our regional presence to strengthen client relationships, expand our market influence, and position our offices as strategic hubs that fuel business growth, enhance our brand, and deliver exceptional experiences for both clients and employees.

Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information.
