The Senior Manager of Demand Planning leads the end-to-end demand forecasting process and coordinates cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. They are also responsible for managing a team of demand planners, optimizing planning tools, and driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics. Additionally, the role requires at least 2 years of managerial experience and proficiency with demand planning software.

About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Demand Planning!
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Planning to lead demand planning and forecast generation efforts across Operations. This role is responsible for building accurate forecasts, aligning cross-functional teams, and leveraging tools and data to drive smarter decisions.
You’ll play a critical role in connecting Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance—ensuring that demand signals translate into actionable plans. This role also includes leading and developing a team while optimizing processes and technologies to improve demand planning maturity and continuously enhance forecast accuracy.
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO. Remote work will be considered.
