Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon organization in a leadership role that blends hands-on salon management with multi-salon oversight. As an Area Manager, you’ll directly manage one salon while also supporting and coaching a team of Salon Managers across a small group of additional locations.
This role is ideal for an experienced salon or multi-unit leader who enjoys developing managers, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving consistent performance across teams.
Our salon group is seeking a full-time Area Manager with "director energy" to lead our diverse team to success.
In this role, you will oversee performance, train staff, and ensure five-star client service. We offer a solid base pay of $26–$35/hour, plus productivity bonuses, tips, and performance incentives.
Applicants must be WA state cosmetology or barber licensed professionals with management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Previous salon management experience or multi-unit retail management experience
A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
