The Shift Supervisor provides tactical leadership for retail associates, overseeing daily operations, safety, and product flow. Key duties include managing staff breaks, handling customer escalations, and performing opening and closing financial procedures.

Our Stores are open 9 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday and 9 am to 8 pm Sunday. This supervisory position is full-time and will require open availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays). Shifts for this position could start as early as 7 am and go as late as 10 pm.
Goodwill of Colorado is seeking versatile and adaptable candidates with experience to become our Shift Supervisors. Previous supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, production, manufacturing or similar industries is preferred for this position. A successful Shift Supervisor will naturally become a top candidate for career growth opportunities within Goodwill's Retail Division.
