The General Manager is responsible for training and coaching the team to provide absolute service while managing restaurant operations including cash deposits and inventory. They are also accountable for P&L results, labor targets, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Candidates need two to three years of leadership experience and a Food Handler Certification. They must be available for mixed shifts and capable of working in a fast-paced, hot environment.

What you will do in this role:
Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
Reconcile cash deposits
Place orders and perform inventory counts
Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied
Able to attract, interview and hire employees and build a strong team
Understand food costing
Can accurately schedule employees while achieving labour targets
Responsible for P&L results
What we are looking for from you:
Minimum two - three years’ experience leading a team
Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Well organized with the ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot environment
