Job Description
Responsibilities:
Actively establishing, building and maturing relationships with new customers
Delivering effectivity and creating new opportunities
Drive Agile or Hybrid projects forward on time, to budget and best quality
Stakeholder engagement and management
Weekly overview and delivery assurance meeting
Standard Delivery Manager duties including project scope, detailed project work-plan, RAID analysis, governance, documentation and risk management
Qualifications
Experience
5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery
Successfully led difficult technical projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies
Proven track record facilitating Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams
Experience coaching teams on Agile practices and driving continuous improvement
Specific knowledge in technology domain and/or industry vertical
Agile & Project Management Expertise
Expert facilitation of all Agile ceremonies with ability to adapt to team needs
Strong experience with Agile metrics analysis and process optimization
Proven ability to scale Agile practices across multiple workstreams
Experience managing dependencies and coordinating cross-team sprints
Skilled at backlog management, user story refinement, and acceptance criteria definition
Track record of improving team velocity and delivery predictability
Experience with Agile tools and reporting (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Technical Requirements
Understanding of AWS core services and cloud architecture patterns
Experience managing business/technical requirements and producing roadmaps
Communication & Leadership Skills
Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution abilities
Strong stakeholder management across diverse audiences
Ability to influence without direct authority
Clear, concise written and verbal communication
Comfortable presenting to C-level executives
