Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor progress against baselines using earned value analysis. Manage project costs, risks, and change requests while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, with 5-7 years of experience in planning and project controls for civil construction. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office is essential, with PMP or PSP certifications considered an advantage.
