The right candidate is responsible for construction management of one or more communities simultaneously in accordance with company expectations, including oversight of Assistant Project Manager(s) and field personnel while leading ongoing interaction between Design, Development, Purchasing, and Property Management personnel to optimize success of assigned communities.
