Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an openings for a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! This position will be located in Melbourne, FL and be onsite daily. The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Leadership to meet the goals and objectives of the AS Business Management organization.
Essential Functions:
Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives
Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality
Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts
Uses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Program Planning, project mgmt, industrial Engineering or similar planning function or a Master's Degree with entry level experience
Able to work onsite daily in Melbourne, FL
Ability to obtain US Government Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
Aerospace/Defense Industry experience
Awareness with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Excel Macro/VBA Skills
Experience in Deltek Cobra
Experience in Deltek Acumen Risk

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
