The Senior Project Manager will oversee construction projects from pre-construction to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and design coordination. They are also responsible for leading project meetings, forecasting costs, and mentoring a team to ensure project success.
Requirements
Candidates must have a construction-related degree or diploma and at least 15 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of construction scopes, project management practices, and contract management software is required.

You as a Senior Project Manager will:
Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent.
Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
Meet with Owners and Architects in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company.
Monitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow.
Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team’s ongoing development and progression.
Submit project reports to Area Manager and communicate with management about project progress and areas of risk that need to be escalated.
Oversee a team and create opportunities for career development.
Is this the right role for you?
You have a construction related degree/diploma and 15+ years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
Experience in ICI construction projects considered an asset
Strong working knowledge of construction scopes, project scheduling, project management practices, and contract management software.
Proven ability to confidently mentor and delegate to a large team, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The salary range for this job is $110,000 - $150,000 CAD
