The project: We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Stakeholder Management and Communications to lead stakeholder engagement, communications, consents and interface management on a major aviation infrastructure programme.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role on a complex, high-profile project, working with senior client representatives, delivery partners, regulatory bodies and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will establish and lead stakeholder management strategies that support programme delivery, manage risk, and enhance collaboration across a diverse and dynamic project environment.
Reporting into programme leadership, you will be responsible for directing the Stakeholder Management and Communications function across the programme, ensuring effective engagement strategies are developed and delivered throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and senior leadership teams to influence decision-making, manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across complex interfaces.
