As the Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our wholesale strategies, managing wholesale channels (Franchising & Travel Retail), and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives and enhance our market presence in various overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive wholesale strategies to maximize growth and profitability for various overseas markets.
Manage and nurture relationship with key wholesale partners, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden the sales network.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure cohesive branding and effective product launch.
Foster and enhance robust relationships with wholesale partners.
Deliver comprehensive product training to wholesale partners.
Lead and mentor the wholesale team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in wholesale management within retail industry.
In-depth knowledge of various overseas wholesale market trends and dynamics.
Skilled in data analysis and interpretation for strategic decision-making.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
