The project:

This is a complex, large scale, production facility project that includes warehouse, office, and staff amenities working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Support the project team in coordinating and delivering MEP design, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers to maintain seamless technical and delivery interfaces.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and construction teams to resolve issues and drive progress.
• Contribute to risk identification and implementation of effective mitigation strategies.
• Help integrate modern construction methods, digital tools, and prefabrication solutions.
• Uphold Mace standards and project sustainability goals, supporting the transition to net‑zero carbon.

You’ll need to have:

• Developing knowledge of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and modern methods of construction.
• Growing understanding of commercial, planning, quality, and health and safety requirements.
• Working towards relevant apprenticeship and technical qualifications (BTEC/HNC) with required CSCS card.
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
