We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support the growth of YouTube Shopping across the Korean market. You'll play a key role in activating affiliate campaigns, helping clients maximise the value of creator-led content, and translating campaign performance into meaningful business recommendations. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you'll review creator content, uncover performance insights, and help shape best practices that drive scalable success. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with a passion for digital advertising, creators, and e-commerce.

About the Role

• Manage the end-to-end activation of YouTube Shopping affiliate campaigns, from client onboarding through campaign launch.
• Review and curate creator content, identifying high-performing videos and creative assets aligned with campaign objectives and YouTube best practices.
• Analyse campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, ROI, and overall campaign success.
• Build scalable content recommendation frameworks and contribute to internal best practices based on campaign learnings.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to identify operational improvements and deliver a seamless client experience.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and clients by providing strategic guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Native-level fluency in Korean, with professional English communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, performance marketing, advertising, ad tech, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing client relationships or working in a stakeholder-facing environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or social commerce is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with the YouTube creator ecosystem and video content best practices is a plus.
