Real Estate Finance Group provides construction project financing and commercial mortgages to Canadian real estate companies on a specialized basis structuring and provision of credit facilities for land development, single family homes, high and low-rise condominiums, commercial and industrial properties, and multi-unit residential facilities.
Business Property Finance focuses on alternative real estate sectors characterized by higher operating and business risk. Our core sectors include Seniors Housing, Hospitality, Student Housing, Self-Storage, Film Studios, Data Centers, and Parking – providing tailored financing solutions while leveraging deep sector expertise.
Analyzes credit information to support lending decisions and processes for new and existing Commercial banking loans and credit solutions in an assigned portfolio of clients. Makes credit decisions and recommendations in compliance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining an exceptional client service environment.
