The Senior Operational Risk Management Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring operational risk controls for retail banking units. They will identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with bank policies to maintain a transparent and efficient business environment.
Candidates must hold a university degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Accounting, with a preference for postgraduate qualifications. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in operational risk management, auditing, or internal control within the banking sector is required.
Người đảm nhận vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm Xây dựng, tổ chức, triển khai kiểm soát rủi ro hoạt động cho mỗi đơn vị trực thuộc RBG đạt hiệu quả theo đúng định hướng và chiến lược của Ngân hàng, hạn chế tối đa rủi ro cho ngân hàng trong các hoạt động ngân hàng bán lẻ mang lại môi trường kinh doanh công khai, minh bạch và hiệu quả.
'1. Quản lý và điều hành công việc:
• Triển khai kế hoạch hoạt động của mảng/ bộ phận đã được phê duyệt theo tháng, quý, năm trên cơ sở các định hướng chung của ngân hàng, của RBG.
• Phối hợp với QTRR tham gia thiết kế hệ thống / mô hình / công cụ quản trị rủi ro hoạt động, đảm bảo kiểm soát và hạn chế rủi ro tại mảng nghiệp vụ theo định hướng chung của ngân hàng, của RBG.
• Phối hợp với QTRR để xây dựng, triển khai, giám sát các chương trình truyền thông và đào tạo cần thiết về QTRR hoạt động cho các vị trí trực thuộc RBG, cũng như cho chính nhân viên của RRHĐandTT.
2. Công tác quản trị rủi ro hoạt động:
▪ Thực hiện công tác quản trị rủi ro hoạt động theo kế hoạch từng thời kỳ, phù hợp với định hướng chung về QTRRHĐ của toàn hàng.
▪ Chủ động nhận diện rủi ro và phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan để đề xuất các biện pháp phòng ngừa và giảm thiểu các rủi ro trong hoạt động của Khối cũng như của Ngân hàng.
▪ Đảm bảo các bộ phận tại đơn vị kinh doanh hoàn thành những cam kết về chất lượng phục vụ, tuân thủ các quy định, chính sách của Ngân hàng và kiểm soát rủi ro hoạt động trong hạn mức được phân bổ.
3. Công tác đào tạo:
▪ Tham gia gia đầy đủ các khóa đào tạo đã đăng ký, hoàn thành xây dựng kế hoạch và thực hiện kế hoạch PDP (kế hoạch đào tạo cá nhân) hàng năm.
▪ Liên tục cải tiến, chủ động nâng cao kiến thức, kĩ năng nghiệp vụ
4. Công tác văn hóa tổ chức:
▪ Đảm bảo tích cực tham gia công tác văn hóa tổ chức tại bộ phận, Khối
▪ Đảm bảo triển khai đúng, đầy đủ các kế hoạch triển khai văn hóa tổ chức; hiểu và áp dụng nhất quán các giá trị văn hóa tổ chức, các chuẩn mực hành vi
5. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Giám đốc Kiểm soát RRHĐ RBG.

- Có kinh nghiệm hoạt động trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng; trong đó có ít nhất 5 năm ở các vị trí liên quan đến quản trị rủi ro hoạt động/kiểm toán, kiểm soát nội bộ..
Bằng cấp
- Trình độ đại học với chuyên ngành đào tạo: Kinh tế, tài chính, ngân hàng, kế toán kiểm toán hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Ưu tiên trình độ trên đại học chuyên ngành quản lý.
- Trình độ tiếng Anh: Theo quy định của Ngân hàng
