Key Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across a range of projects and responsibilities, including:
Leading the development and delivery of complex electrical engineering designs and solutions
Acting as a trusted technical specialist and providing guidance to project teams
Supporting multidisciplinary project delivery from concept through to execution
Reviewing engineering deliverables and ensuring technical excellence, quality and compliance
Developing engineering standards, procedures and best practices
Managing technical scope, quality, budgets and schedules for assigned workstreams
Collaborating closely with clients, project managers and engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes
Supporting business development and helping identify future opportunities with existing and new clients
Mentoring and developing engineers across the team, helping build future technical capability
Contributing to solutions that address complex infrastructure and energy challenges globally
