Requires at least 3 years of experience as a clothing salesperson and previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager in the luxury fashion retail sector. Fluency in English and a strong orientation toward results and styling are mandatory.
l/La candidato/a ideale è una persona dinamica e fortemente orientata agli obiettivi con un’esperienza pluriennale nel ruolo di Assistente Store Manager presso aziende del settore moda e/o lusso con una catena Retail strutturata.
La risorsa scelta avrà la responsabilità della massimizzazione delle vendite nel rispetto degli standard aziendali tramite la guida, la motivazione e la crescita delle risorse on floor. Si occuperà di:
Garantire il perseguimento degli obiettivi quali/quantitativi di piano assegnati dalla Store Manager;
Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produttività del negozio recepiti dalla Store Manager;
Individuare soluzioni efficaci per adeguare la presenza di risorse on floor alle esigenze del cliente/mercato;
Garantire la motivazione del team in collaborazione con lo staff gestionale;
Promuovere, adottare e sviluppare l'utilizzo di tecnologie digitali all'interno della propria funzione in relazione sia alla gestione del processo che nelle relazioni con gli interlocutori interni ed esterni coinvolti nel business;
Completano il profilo ottimo standing, propensione al lavoro in team e alla gestione delle risorse umane, orientamento al risultato, passione per la moda, positività, flessibilità oraria e forte predisposizione alla vendita assistita.
