Il menu, curato dall’Executive Chef Luca Armellino, è radicato negli ingredienti locali, espressi attraverso un approccio chiaro e raffinato, influenzato da esperienze internazionali.
Con piacere condividiamo l’opportunità per un talentuoso Stagista F&B Cucina di entrare a far parte della squadra del Caffè dell’Oro. La nostra ricerca si rivolge a studenti o neolaureati che sappiano essere degli impeccabili “padroni di casa” per offrire un servizio d’eccellenza, combinando spontaneità ed energia!
Principali responsabilità:
Collaborare con lo Chef nella preparazione dei piatti;
Supportare la brigata di cucina nella corretta organizzazione ed esecuzione delle attività quotidiane;
Osservare e replicare le tecniche e i gesti professionali della cucina;
Verificare le forniture e supportare il controllo delle scorte di magazzino;
Rispettare le norme di sicurezza e igiene;
Curare la manutenzione dell'ambiente di lavoro e delle attrezzature di cucina.
Requisiti desiderati:
Avere passione per il settore dell’ospitalità e una forte motivazione a lavorare in un contesto d’eccellenza;
Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e forte orientamento alla qualità del servizio;
Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;
Buone capacità di gestione del tempo;
Conoscenza dell’italiano (preferibile ma non obbligatoria) e dell’inglese.
Si richiedono inoltre passione, entusiasmo, orientamento al cliente, attitudine al sorriso, voglia di crescere professionalmente, eleganza non solo esteriore, e amore per la città di Firenze.
