You have a passion for manipulating large volumes of data, building dashboards, and maintaining a consistent focus on operational efficiency. You easily understand requirements, communicate the progress of your work, and apply the 80/20 rule to maintain a bias for action.

You actively use generative AI to accelerate documentation, automate manual SQL and reporting tasks, prototype visual dashboards, and refine team workflows. Role Overview: The Sr. Manager's primary role is to drive insights and analysis support. You will provide guidance to other analysts on the team and work closely with business owners to interpret key performance metrics. In this role, you will operate within a dynamic, project-oriented environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
To scale your impact, you will systematically integrate applied AI technologies into the team's daily processes. This includes utilizing LLMs, AI code editors, and custom agents to dramatically speed up data mining, automate SQL workflows, and improve the speed and clarity of insights delivered to business stakeholders. Strong analytical, AI-prompting, and communication skills are critical for this position.
