The manager will lead customs processing and back-office operations to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations while meeting profitability targets. They are responsible for mentoring staff, managing budgets, and serving as a liaison between clients and operational teams.
Candidates must hold an active U.S. Customs Broker License and possess at least 8 years of back-office or operations experience. A minimum of 2 years in a management role is required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This role is responsible for ensuring day-to-day production operations are designed and executed to consistently meet client service level agreements, regulatory requirements, budget expectations, and profitability targets.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with deep customs brokerage expertise and maintains an active Customs Broker License. This position will oversee customs-related back-office operations, drive process excellence, mentor leaders, and serve as a key liaison between operations, clients, and customs stakeholders.
