The Manager of Asset Management oversees distribution assets in Edmonton, leading capital projects from risk identification through commissioning. The role is responsible for leading a high-performing team, managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and advancing asset management strategies.
Requires a degree or diploma in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering with a P.Eng. or P.L. professional designation. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in asset management, engineering design, or project management within a utility or infrastructure environment.
We are hiring a full-time permanent Manager, Asset Management position working out of Hugh J Bolton Service Center within our Electricity Services business unit, located in Edmonton, AB.
The Manager, Asset Management oversees distribution assets in the City of Edmonton on behalf of EPCOR, leading medium to large capital projects and programs from risk identification through to commissioning using sound engineering and asset management practices. The role is accountable for building and leading a high-performing team, ensuring effective planning, budget management, stakeholder coordination, and successful project delivery.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Integrated Planning, this role manages multiple capital and operational portfolios and plays a key role in advancing asset management strategies and investment planning for the distribution system.
