The Senior Centralized Scheduler manages patient scheduling for individual and medical sessions while overseeing quality assurance activities. They also serve as a mentor to other schedulers and act as a primary point of contact in the absence of leadership.
An Associate's degree is required, though a Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with two years of experience in medical records or human services. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of federal confidentiality laws.

The Senior Centralized Scheduler will provide scheduling procedures that promote effective treatment practices, efficient programming, and comprehensive service availability to the patients we serve. The Senior Centralized Scheduler will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health’s CCBHC Outpatient program.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500!
Pay: $23.00.00 - $27.00/hr.
