The BCBA is responsible for conducting FBAs, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing ABA programs. They will supervise and train RBTs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide ethical, person-centered care.
Candidates must hold a BCBA credential and be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Indiana or eligible for licensure. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen are required.
