Job Description:
1. Operational & Kitchen Management
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations ensuring quality and cost efficiency
Supervise and coordinate chefs and food preparation staff
Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and guest service needs
Ensure all food-related functions run smoothly
Oversee purchasing and receiving processes with proper controls
2. Leadership & Team Management
Provide direction, guidance, and performance management to kitchen associates
Lead by example demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
Build a culture of trust, respect, and teamwork
Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and motivate staff
Encourage collaboration and cooperation among team members
Identify training and development needs of team members
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
Support continuous learning and skill improvement within the team
